Treeline processes and stores personal data on servers located in the United States. We work with reputable cloud service providers and enter into data processing agreements with our vendors to ensure appropriate handling of personal data.

11. Data Storage and Retention

Your personal data is stored on Treeline's servers and on servers of cloud-based providers located in the United States. Treeline retains service data for the duration of the customer relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for analytical, historical, and archiving purposes.

Treeline's services are designed for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from individuals under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
