About Treeline

Treeline is building the Modern IT Operating System, an AI-powered software foundation that reinvents IT, security, and compliance operations for businesses by rebuilding the traditional managed service provider (MSP) model from the ground up.

The MSP market serves the IT, security, and compliance needs of the majority of SMB and mid-market companies. It is massive yet stuck in the past: over 40,000 providers in the U.S. alone and global IT spend projected to reach $6 trillion in 2026. Legacy labor-driven models rely on manual coordination, ticket queues, and fragmented tools. Modern businesses expect proactive, scalable infrastructure that grows with them.

Founded by a team from top Silicon Valley tech companies and venture capital firms, Treeline recently raised a $25 million Series A led by a16z. We are scaling faster than industry norms through dual growth engines: organic expansion and strategic acquisitions of MSPs that we rapidly transform with our proprietary platform.

Job summary

We're hiring our second marketing team member to own sourced pipeline. You'll build the demand engine end to end: paid media, SEO/AEO, landing pages, nurture, attribution, reporting.

You'll be in HubSpot, Clay, and other tools daily. You'll have full ownership of the demand marketing function, with the Head of Marketing as your thought partner on strategy and prioritization.

The marketing engine exists in its early stage today; HubSpot is set up, conversion tracking is running, paid is live, and a foundation of inbound and outbound motions is in flight. Your job is to take what's started, finish what's missing, and build the system that consistently sources qualified pipeline.

Responsibilities include

  • Own marketing-sourced pipeline; set targets, achieve them, report on results.
  • Run paid end to end across Google, LinkedIn, and retargeting and test emerging channels (ChatGPT Ads, AEO) as they mature.
  • Build and maintain the GTM tech stack integrations (HubSpot, Clay, enrichment tools, sequencing platforms, attribution trackers).
  • Ship campaigns end to end: landing pages, creative, copy, lead capture, follow-up.
  • Own HubSpot’s marketing automation layer: workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle, routing, dashboards.
  • Maintain tracking and attribution across GA4, GTM, and HubSpot.
  • Build nurture flows that move leads from first touch to sales-ready.
  • Partner with sales on intent-signal tracking, qualification, routing, SLAs, and lead quality feedback.
  • Support demand activation for events, partnerships, and community programs.
  • Optimize the inbound funnel: forms, CRO, demo request flow.
  • Manage review sites (G2, Clutch, Google Reviews); drive reviews and optimize listings.
  • Explore new AI-assisted workflows and opportunities to bring AI agents into the mix.

What you bring

  • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS demand marketing, ideally with exposure to RevOps and/or GTM Engineering
  • Experience with technical and on-page SEO as well as AEO/GEO strategies
  • Hands-on operator; you've built campaigns yourself
  • Deep experience with HubSpot’s Marketing and Sales Hubs and Reporting
  • Direct experience running paid on Google and LinkedIn
  • Strong tracking fundamentals across GA4, GTM, and HubSpot
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you can simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical buyers.
  • Coachability: You crave feedback, learn quickly from losses, and constantly iterate on your pitch.
  • Startup Mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where the playbook is still being written and are comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required.

Bonus Skills:

  • Content creation
  • ABM tooling (6sense, Demandbase, Clay)
  • Customer / lifecycle marketing

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation, pay range $90K - $100K annual + bonus
  • Healthcare + Vision + Dental benefits
  • Hybrid work environment - field-based with flexibility
  • Flexible time-off policy
