Treeline has raised a $25 million Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz to build the Modern IT Operating System, a software and AI-native alternative to the legacy managed services model still running most corporate IT.

IT is a nearly $6 trillion global market, and more than 40,000 MSPs in the U.S. still rely on manual coordination and reactive ticketing to serve it. Treeline replaces that with a centralized platform spanning IT, security, and compliance, automating routine operations while keeping human experts focused on architecture and judgment.

Today, Treeline's AI tooling resolves or augments 98% of customer requests, cuts employee onboarding time from 20 minutes to 2, and reduces error rates by 95% on tickets solved entirely within the platform.

The funding will go toward scaling the platform, accelerating product development, and growing the team.
